Default Grade 6 Social Studies - U.S. Political System

Study guides I created mostly by copy-pasting from the lessons.

Is there anyway someone can repost this in pdf or works word processor format? i can't afford word right now, all i have is a "read" version, won't let me print, save, copy/paste, anything... so I can't do anyting with the resources here which is VERY frustrating? I could use it in pdf or works format............ HELP!

please? With cherries? It would be so helpful to not have to re-do work someone else has already done!

If someone could tell me how to repost them in a different format, I will. I can get around on the computer pretty well with the stuff I know how to do, but I'm not sure how to do this.

    April,

Hi there! Thanks for reply. All you really would need to do is cut and paste all info that is in one file in a certain program into a new file into a different program. For example, you could open the one here that is in microsoft word format, select all, copy and then you would open your microsoft works and open a blank word processing document and hit paste and that should do it. then you would save it and come into the forum and post that file...in that format. In any event, the kids' grandpa brought us down a desktop computer today from his up north home that has had minimal use and it actually has word etc and all that jazz on it and is awesome so I am excited. I like the portablity of laptops like we were using, but I am enjoying this much better. So I don't need anyone to do it for me anymore..So I am thankful if anyone did (havent read all posts yet..sorry) but I had no idea he was giving it to us today. I appreciate all of you who are always willing to help

    Stacie,

You can download OpenOffice for free. Its comparable to MS Office. You will be able to open all MS Office docs. I used it for nearly two years before I bought MS Office - perfectly safe.
