Caravanning Across the Country HOMESCHOOL-STYLE, UNITED STATES

I would like to inform some and remind others that we are planning a cross-country trip for homeschoolers to learn about great places in our nation. We are traveling every March.

Our first trip will start in Alabama, and go to the Grand Canyon. We are traveling due west across the southern states if possible and due east hitting the northern states on our way back. Homeschoolers from any state can jump on the wagon train at any point.

We are planning academic fieldtrips en-route to and from the Grand Canyon.

Our second trip will be the Great Lakes and we will start those plans soon after the start of next school year.

Our first academic fieldtrip we have planned is visiting the Denver Mint. That does not mean it is the first stop… but the first one that is planned.
